Submissions are now open for Pulp!, an Open Call for publications at Second State Press.

Second State Press seeks artists working in disciplines such as book arts, zines, comics, chapbooks, etc. to submit their personal work to Pulp!. All submitted work will be accepted and displayed for the month of June as we transform our exhibition space into a communal library.

Pulp! honors the independent artist publication, facilitates the spread of information and highlights the convergence of diverse and under-represented perspectives in a singular space. We invite the community to join us in celebrating the individual artist’s narrative by propagating our space with a multitude of voices.

All applicable submissions are accepted. There is a suggested donation of $5-10 per submission.

Work must be dropped off at Second State Press by June 6th.

Opening Reception: Thursday June 8th from 6pm-8pm.
