December 2017

SSP has provided me with a growing community of amazing Philly printmakers and a space to cultivate my creative process and studio practice.

Joanna Nowak, Fob Fellow

Fob Holder Program

The Fob Holder program is designed to be a unique & competitive opportunity for artists to have unlimited access to the workspace in exchange for working 12 hours a week for SSP. Each of the Fob Holders are given unlimited access to the facilities, storage for their materials, and exposure to other artists at varying stages in their careers.

With Gratitude

Second State Press would like to thank the Philadelphia Cultural Fund, Councilwoman Maria D. Quiñones-Sánchez, and Mayor Kenney for their generous support of Second State Press.

In March, SSP Director, Jennifer McTague, proudly accepted a generous grant for Second State Press. This grant allows us to continue serving and nourishing our community through art and culture. We are honored to be chosen among an incredible group of grantees.
