Live Wire: SSP Coordinators Exhibtion
This exhibition highlights the exploratory, playful and diverse nature of the work and spirit that each of Second State Press's coordinators bring to their individual artistic practices. Live Wire celebrates open wounds, artistic practice as arcing electricity: searching and moving across multiple disciplines and materials, seeking ideas for the "perfect thing"; finding this moment's perfection.
LOVE PINK Exhibiton
In a sticky sweet cloud of body splash emerges LOVE PINK, a group exhibition of artworks circling pleasure, indulgence, gender performativity, and 00’s nostalgia. Bedroom wall becomes art gallery, cute becomes sexy, margin scrawlings escape diary pages, stuffed bunnies gain sentience. 99% angel, 1% ???
