Class Refund Policy

Our classes are intentionally small so that everyone gets access to the presses, materials, and plenty of one-on-one support. That means every spot counts. Last-minute cancellations make it hard for us to fill a space and can impact our ability to pay instructors and keep classes affordable for everyone.

Refund policy

  • 100% refund for classes cancelled by Second State Press.

  • 100% refund if you cancel your registration one week or more before the first day of a class.

  • 50% refund if you cancel your registration less than one week before the first day of the class. 

  • No refunds for missed sessions.

  • Enrolled students may transfer to another class date but must give 48 hours advance notice prior to the original class date.

This policy helps us:

  • Keep classes affordable and sustainable

  • Support our teaching artists fairly

  • Offer waitlisted students the chance to join when possible
